Therese has over 15 years experience Training and Up-skilling Companies and individuals to maximise their potential and profits rapidly. She has been Worldwide Commercial Director and Advisor for a number of high profile firms.
As Worldwide Commercial and Training Director she has designed and implemented innovative courses and trained staff in companies such as Eircom, Pepsi-Cola and Jury’s Hotel Group and was responsible for launching the Ford Ka in Ireland. With a diverse background in IT, Transport, Pharmaceutical, Marketing, Media & Communications, Training and Government, she has the ability to guide individuals and Entrepreneurs to maximise their potential rapidly. Using powerful innovative, ground breaking and creative techniques MAC Consulting has the ability to deliver Success.
Her experience in Training, Recruitment, Launching products and services at the cutting edge of business, Worldwide is immense. Therese is an international Trainer and Keynote Speaker and has presented to Fortune 500 in New York and Irish American Companies in Washington, Boston and New York.
Therese has also been Ministerial Advisor in numerous Government Departments namely Social Welfare, Defence, Foreign Affairs & O.P.W with special responsibility to The Department of An Taoiseach.
Therese has been elected as a Fellow of the Institute of Sales & Marketing Management.
Marie has over 20 years experience working in Senior Administration, Retail and Business Start up. As Project Manager for Columba Global Systems, Marie was responsible for setting up the overseas office in Canada, which involved hiring and training of all staff.
Having gained her training on International Protocol with Department of Foreign Affairs, Marie hosted meetings for visiting Ambassadors - Korean Embassy, Jordanian Embassy, Iranian Embassy, Saudi Arabian Embassy and International delegates from Europe, US, Middle east and Asia.
Marie has spent many years working overseas in London, Italy, California, Dubai, Oman, working with companies such as, NATO, Oracle International, Emirates Airline, Ladbrook Group, Sheraton Hotels, Navy Marine Corp Relief, Columba Global Systems, Ordnance Survey Ireland and The Dublin Airport Authority.
Marie has trained with IBEC, SFA, DCU, DAA, and The Department of Foreign Affairs. During her training with DAA, Marie worked with some of the world’s leading brands – Channel, Estee Lauder, Irish Distilleries, Jameson, Pernod Ricard to name a few, and won awards as Top Sales Person.
Marie won a scholarship for “Train the Trainer” and has qualified with distinction to Train Trainers.
Marie was invited to sit on the Board of “The Special Needs Educational Scholarship Scheme” in Muscat, Oman.
Marie set up her own company MYPA (Virtual Professional). MYPA had a broad base of Clients Worldwide. This involved rolling out a major project, training individuals to set up their own home-based business internationally.
Gerry has over 20 years experience in Information Technology. Initially studying engineering and then going on to study Marketing and Business. Gerry has been delivering training and consultancy to Colleges and Companies for the past 7 years and has been certified by FETAC and Apple as a professional trainer. Gerry has participated in incubator schemes for new business development and now works with a number of clients in business start-up’s and expansion.
Working as a Project Manager and Training Consultant he has worked with, Price Waterhouse Coopers, The Irish Government, HP, BOI, Diageo and Standard Life Assurance to name but a few.
